Tylvalosin tartrate and Tiamulin fumarate are completely different products.
Tiamulin fumarate is not a macrolide antibiotic, but a diterpenoid drug, which can only inhibit the growth and reproduction of mycoplasma, while Tylvalosin tartrate can kill mycoplasma, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of Tylvalosin tartrate to mycoplasma is 1/10 of Tiamulin fumarate.
Tylvalosin tartrate also has the function of enhancing non-specific immunity, inhibiting the replication of blue ear disease virus in macrophages and promoting growth. It is a kind of totipotent antibiotic which is more suitable for the development of large-scale pig farms.
